FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

HOW MAY I PLACE AN ORDER?
You must be a member in order to place an order at our website (If you are not still  a member, you click here and create your account.) After creating your account, you may go to the page of the product you wish to buy and choose its color, number/size and click on the “Add to bag” button. After that, you may click on the “My Bag” button on upper right side of the page and after specifying your shipping, delivery and payment information and thus, you may place an order.    

I FORGOT MY PASSWORD
Enter into “MY ACCOUNT” section in the upper right corner of the page and click on “I forgot my password” link and enter your e-mail address you specified when registering into the website. Shortly afterwards, you shall get an e-mail including the password you specified when registering.

WHAT MUST I PAY ATTENTION WHEN PLACING MY ORDERS?
You are required to provide complete and undated information onto the membership form when registering. In any problems relating to your orders, our customer representative shall contact you via the contact information provided in the subscription contract.  

Your order shall be sent to the delivery address you provide. You must provide your address in full to avoid any problems during the delivery.

I PLACED MY ORDERS, WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
After your order request reaches our system without any problems, an e-mail specifying the details of your order shall be sent to your e-mail address you specified when registering into our system.  

Our customer representatives shall prepare and ship the products to deliver them as soon as possible and without any problems. After we receive your order request, you shall get your order within an average of 1-3 days.

When your product is delivered to the shipping company, we shall send you an e-mail and you shall be informed of the cargo. In case of order via the Transfer / EFT payment option, your order shall be valid on the date when your payment is reflected into our account. Penti shall not be responsible for the depletion of the product stocks in order for which no payment has been made in this period. The orders made via credit cards shall be instantly processed.    

HOW CAN I FOLLOW MY ORDER?
You may follow your orders placed at our website at “my orders” section of “my account” page after logging in.  

HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
The orders placed at www.penti.com may be cancelled by the customers prior to the delivery to the shipping company. You may communicate your cancellation requests via an e-mail at shop@penti.com.tr or to our Online Shopping Representative at 0 850 333 0 768.   

The transactions carried out after the delivery shall be classified as return transactions.

MAY I CHANGE MY ORDER?

If your order placed at our website has not yet reached you, you may communicate your change request to our customer services representative at 0 850 333 0 768 or by using the communication form.
